Tyre thresholds: Green at 3.0 mm or above. Amber from 1.6 mm to below 3.0 mm — IJC replacement territory. Red below 1.6 mm — below the legal minimum. New tyre: approximately 8 mm. Check outer-perimeter wear and cracking. Check Michelin cracking carefully on ex-Motability vehicles.
Condition areas must be marked Satisfactory, N/A, or Problem recorded. Pet / dog hair, pet odour, smoked in, and other odours use Yes / No. Any recorded issue requires a note.
